At Oriental Era, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our carpets, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@orientalera.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized carpets

  • Carpets marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Shipping

  • UAE Returns: Free return shipping is available for orders within the UAE.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition or missing parts due to customer handling.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly by arranging a replacement or full refund.
