Exchange Policy

At Oriental Era, we understand that choosing the perfect carpet is a personal decision. If your selection isn’t quite right, we offer a flexible exchange process to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized carpets

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Carpets damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us at [support@orientalera.com] with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide exchange instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit or dispatch your requested replacement.

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Within UAE: We offer free return shipping for the first exchange request.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no cost.
